Notes: This home, featured in Phoenix Home and Garden in 2007, underwent a complete gut remodel in 2005. The prior owner had put in a master bedroom extension, which created the unique atrium design element. Interior doors were removed and closets redesigned. Kitchens and baths were updated. Design decisions were made by the homeowners with kitchen by Poggenpohl (through Atelier) and contracting by David Spicer at SBC Construction.
