The Starlite homes of 1954 all feature the same floorplan, only flipped and re-oriented on the lot to create the illusion of difference. Finishes, overhangs, garages, patios and porch treatments were different, giving a highly varied look to more or less the same plan with very little cost. The Spacemaster and Panorama models are shown below, illustrating how the floorplan is simply rotated in orientation to the street and different patio or carport to alter the elevations.
