Style: Midcentury / Contemporary Linder Residence in South Scottsdale on the Modern Phoenix Home Tour 2015This entire property was renovated in 2008 by Mid-Century Modern expert General Contractor Joe David of Jobuilt Construction. The outdoor spaces were designed by acclaimed Master of the Southwest Landscape Architect Steve Martino. Together, the pair created seamless indoor/outdoor living spaces with entertaining in mind. The original floor plan was modified to include an open master suite, walk-in closet, detached guest quarters and a large expanse of rear windows.
