The homes in Jackson Villa of Central Phoenix feature more or less the same hallmarks as its cousins in Phoenix's iconic Hoffmantown. The original plans for this affordable housing originated in nearby Manana Vista earlier in the year 1949, and then quickly spread across Phoenix, Albuquerque and Denver through the early 1950s.
