Handell Villa | 1950
11th Ave & Missouri Ave
The homes in Handell Villa of Central Phoenix feature more or less the same hallmarks as its cousins in Phoenix's iconic Hoffmantown. It is interesting to note that the street layouts of these two 1950 subdivisions are also quite similar. The original plans for this affordable housing originated in Manana Vista in 1949, and then quickly spread across Phoenix, Albuquerque and Denver through the early 1950s.
