The Key Lot at the 19th Hole on the 2016 Modern Phoenix Home TourKey Lot @ The 19th Hole is the largest lot in Marlen Grove. In 2014 the owners completely gutted and permit remodeled the property. It now features sandblasted interior & exterior walls, exposed conduit and ductwork, recycled wood, iron work, polished concrete floors, concrete sinks, and custom cabinets. In the Arizona Room, a clever angled half-bathroom was added to abut the back of the master bath. The kitchen wall has been replaced with an expansive leathered granite island countertop.
