According to the Beadle family, these three homes are authenticated homes customized by Al Beadle as the tract was built out. Many alterations have been made since then as well.

Neighborhood lore goes that this unusual wall is original to the home. It is unlinke others in the area because it uses regular structural CMU rather than decorative breezeblock.
Combined with the sunflap, the effect is very similar to homes being designed in Phoenix by Californian Architect William Krisel.
