Haver and Varney teamed up in 1962 to develop the two buildings and surrounding plaza. The round building is still used as City Council Chambers, but the taller City Hall structure has been renamed after Councilman Calvin C. Goode, and is used for offices.
The site in 2008. Note the fountains are no longer operating.
