Central Towers aka the U-Haul Building 1959

Phoenix has few examples of twin towers like these. While the horizontal fins were intended to introduce shade, they are also the floor slabs so there isn't any thermal break. Instead, they act like radiators in reverse, gathering heat during the day and transferring it inside.
