These apartments were designed for Mary Ellen and Ralph Graham. "21 completely furnished 1 and 2 bedroom units - conveniently located in the north central area". The exotic theme is right in line with what other complexes were doing to market the easy breezy desert lifestyle. The trough-shaped waffle roofline, however, is quite unique and in very limited supply in the Valley. The complex has since been demolished.
