Bridgewood North 40 (Phoenix)
by Alfred Newman Beadle
Like its sister Bridgewood Mesa, the complex at 40th street south of Camelback Road features a quaint entry bridge, mature resort-quality landscaping, and pale stucco monolithic volumes. The spiral staircase, two-story wall of windows and loft landing are similar to features used at Camelback Place nearby. This unit was recently remodeled by 180 Degrees Design + Build. Millwork: Morgan Neilsen of Oak Tree Reface & Custom Cabinetry
