Beautiful Biltmore Beadle

Not sure if anyone noticed this beautiful Beadle in a gem of a neighborhood east of 32nd Street and north of Camelback just south of the canal. This Beadle is priced at 1.2 million and it's really more contemporary than modern, but it seems to have kept many of its roots.

The neighborhood is very cute, great location of course.

The home from what I can tell is contemporary in parts but stripped down could be true modern with what I think (at first glance) very little effort.
