In this class we will cover all aspects needed for you to return to your shop/garage and confidently cast GFRC (glass-fiber reinforced concrete). You will learn how to properly mix, spray, and hand-place GFRC. We will cover BLUE Concretes new GFRC mix design, tools and materials required, basic form building principles, and most importantly, the nuances of GFRC.
No one has taught GFRC longer than Gore Design Co.; with experience comes insights, tips and tricks that you will not learn anywhere else. This class is all about the fundamentals of GFRC (glass-fiber reinforced concrete). I posted it here because this is the first class that I have offered in a long time that would be well suited for a homeowner wanting to do their own GFRC countertops or sinks. Most of my classes are more advanced, which can be overwhelming for a weekend warrior.
