One of the major issues with my new Beadle house is there's absolutely no outdoor storage. That needed to be rectified as soon as possible, but the ready-made sheds from Home Depot or Lowes just don't fit with the house. I love Modern Shed, but that simply wasn't in the budget. So, what does a poor architect do? Become a framer, of course!
First, need a plan.
I went through a few renditions, trying to keep it interesting, cheap, usable, and pass it by the wife. The first thing to go was the high windows, as the shed was getting to tall. I decided to use concrete footings you can get at Home Depot, and place the shed around the side of the house, in a rocky area we have.
I got a friend to help, and we started placing the footings and framing the floor. Had to make sure it was level, because there's no adjusting that later.
