Maybe Pixie could comment or verify if this is a Haver as she probably the most familiar about North Phoenix. It's listed as a fix-up but sure has the characteristics of a Haver in the pictures.

Mama_Tee took the pictures and I drove through there the other day. Certainly feels like a Haver, hmm? However they are dispersed throughout some 70's homes, the same way they are in Hy-View. Maybe they are some old Haver plans or something that were so sellable, they just kept on building them into the 70's.
