Ok, so I've volunteered at the expo for numerous years, posted numerous DIY threads on the boards, and this year am willing to work, have you to my house for cocktails, or buy your extra ticket.
Unfortunately I assumed the tour would not sell our until 2 weeks prior...boy was I wrong....
Sandblasting? Yes, I can tell you what to expect.
Sanding concrete floors? Yep.
Hardscape / landscape? Done.
etc.
