Anyone know anything about Sands East Three (Tempe)?

Postby pilot602 on Sat May 26, 2012 7:37 pm

We're buying a place in "Sands East Three/Tempe" (Baseline/McClintock). I've seen the blueprints and they were drawn up for the original owners we're buying the place from and the house was built by "American Builders" even has an AB (with a very similar appearance to the American Bandstand logo) stamped in the driveway. It's a slump-block, ranch built in '69. Was just curious if anyone knew anything about the development or the builder or the designer.

Thanks!
