My name is Sara and I'm a first time home owner. I love love love mid century design, so naturally I was drawn to this home (see image). It's been recently renovated in a very "beige stucco phoenix track home" type of way by the investment company that purchased it out of foreclosure. I want to bring it back to it's original date. The main things I need to do are fence off the front (for dogs). I want a fence that is very sturdy and about 6 feet high, with limited "view-ability" into the yard. I also would like to replace carpeting in 3 rooms with something cheap but fun and mid-century styled (that is not carpet). I am way into DIY and bright, fun, vibrant-ness! I also don't want to spend too much money on these things
Anyway, any suggestions are helpful! DIY blogs, local companies (I prefer to shop local), recycled options, anything that you think will help!
Thanks so much,
Sara Avery
